The home features beautiful wood finishing throughout and a cozy decor that adds to the rustic charm. Additional amenities include central H/VAC, big screen cable TV, washer/dryer, internet/wifi and cable, DVD player, ceiling fans, wet bar with ice maker, coffee pot and keurig, microwave, iron & ironing board, enclosed outdoor shower, and shared floating dock in the creek.

This home provided everything we needed to relax. Some enjoyed Kyaks on the creek or fishing while others enjoyed the sand, waves and wind of the beach . We never had to leave ...stocked the kitchen and cooked our meals—-so relaxing. The beds were super comfy and the home was very spacious offering a space for everyone to read, chill or play games. We will definitely be back!!

We enjoyed a long delayed family reunion in Pawleys Island. The Wilcox Dotterer house worked perfectly for us. The house was large enough to fit 5 couples comfortably. It was clean and well equipped. Having both beachfront and creekfront allowed us to just relax, enjoy the magnificent setting and be together.

We traveled from Georgia and met family from Raleigh and Charlotte. Everything was wonderful. The house and view were amazing. Lots of space, and I liked the fact that everyone had their own bathroom upstairs. We will definitely rent again. Thank you for letting us use your beach home to celebrate my dads life with family. He passed away in February unexpectedly, and due to covid everyone was not able to travel at that time. You have a beautiful home and I can’t wait to visit again.

2nd year at Pawleys. This place has plenty of space with 2 large ocean view rooms. And 4.5 baths! Love the dock. We rented a small boat and fished the creek.
