Come and enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom garden home located in the award winning community of True Blue. This unit features one king, one queen and two Twin size beds. Enjoy your morning sitting out on the back deck that overlooks the water. This ground floor unit has everything to offer including a fully equipped kitchen, central HVAC, washer/dryer, wifi, and much more. Rental of this unit also includes Huntington Beach State Park pass that offers a great beach location, plenty of parking, nature trails, bathrooms & showers.
True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers, golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.
True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach.

Our group of four stayed at this condo during a golf trip to Pawleys Island, and it worked out absolutely perfect for what we needed. From the moment we arrived, we could tell the property was well cared for and very clean. After long days on the golf course, it was great coming back to a comfortable, relaxing place that felt more like home than a rental.
The location was one of the biggest highlights for us. It was centrally located to so many outstanding golf courses in the Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet area, which made getting to our tee times easy and stress-free. Being able to quickly get back to the condo after golf to relax, clean up, and head out for dinner was a huge plus. There are also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and local spots nearby, so everything was convenient.
The condo itself was spacious enough for four guys without ever feeling crowded. Everyone had enough room to spread out, relax, and enjoy the trip comfortably. The living area was a great place to unwind after golf, talk about the day’s rounds, watch sports, and just enjoy the downtime together. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and overall the condo had a very welcoming feel.

Had a great stay. The updates to the villa were all well done including the recliner in the living room and some new artwork. One issue— this is our third time staying in this unit and each time we have stayed we have been unable to use the filtered water from the refrig for most of our stay because the filtered had to be replaced. Can you please be sure the cleaning folks check that going forward? Thank you.

This villa is clean and well appointed. It is a great location with the backyard patio overlooking the pond. It has all of the necessaries and even some extras like some games for the kids and tvs in each bedroom and main living area. We like the quiet neighborhood. Another perfect stay! We would only suggest adding another chair or two in the main living area for family tv viewing.

This place is everything you need in a vacation rental!! So many amenities, the condo is set up to perfection and everything you need is right there or within distance!! Golf courses all around and others within driving range! Not far from the beach or national parks!! Friendly mom and pops restaurants but all of the amenities to cook or grill… and not far at all from all of the commercial stores!! My buddies and I had a blast and hope to come back again! So convenient!!!
