Flip Flop Villa is a charming Garden Home located in the True Blue Community. This 3 BDR/2BR features 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds and has been freshly painted and redecorated. The kitchen is fully stocked. You will enjoy the screened in porch and private patio which is the perfect oasis with a view of the pond and the relaxing sound of the fountain. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State Park passes during their stay as an added bonus.
True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers golf, tennis, swimming pools and hot tubs.
This is a GOLFERS PARADISE with 10 golf courses 2 to 10 minutes away. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo plantation. Its rolling terrain and vegetation makes it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. True Blue boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy.
This has a traditional drip coffee maker.

We had such a great time staying at this place in Pawleys Island! The house was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. It’s tucked away in a quiet area, which was perfect for unwinding, but still just a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Much closer than we thought. It was nice to have access to a well-maintained pool area too for when the rainy weather was unpredictable for the day, and not worth schlepping everything to the beach. If you’re looking for a chill, no-stress getaway close to the beach but away from the crowds, this is it. We’d totally stay here again!

Stayed her with 2 college friends for 4 days. What a beautifully appointed home, and so convenient to everything! We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, the beaches at Litchfield and Pawleys Island, shopping, dining out and sitting on the porch and lanai. Such a convenient location, so close to the beach, shopping and dining. It was perfect! I highly recommend for a small family, golfers or a girls trip! The golf courses are everywhere, and Pawley’s has such a laid back charm that Myrtle Beach is lacking. Take a day trip to Georgetown or Murrells Inlet too! I will definitely be back.

Didn't want to leave after 3 night's if I had the money and time off I would have stayed longer playing already for next year will be staying longer.

The home is beautifully decorated, plenty of light, lots of seating, was stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was great communication with the host and quick responses. Great value for the location. We'll be back to stay again!
