Summerhouse Villas, within Litchfield by the Sea Resort, are in a gated and private, family oriented beach community. This 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and bath with granite and ceramic tile. Outstanding unit with lots of light, and very short 10 minute walk to the beach. . Summerhouse features a Elevator, covered and uncovered parking.
The condo overlooks a lazy river, designed for kids (of all ages) to enjoy to the maximum. The lazy river has two kid-sized water cannons and 2 large water buckets, randomly dumping a large amount of water. For the adults, the pool area has a lot of seating and 2 very LARGE HOT spas. For everyone's enjoyment, this condo is totally Non-Smoking and Pets are not allowed. No motorcycles, RVs, Campers, Buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS property.

This was our family's first trip to Sout Carolina. The accommodations were perfect. So much to do and so reasonably priced. We will definitely be back, but next time staying longer

The unit was updated and had a relaxing beachy look. Great views of the pool area. Check in/Check out was easy. Handles on two kitchen cabinets were broken. Overall enjoyed by stay in this unit and would recommend to friends.

Perfect place to escape the cold Northeast weather! Nice to be able to enjoy sunny walks on the beach everyday (one minute away on bike) vs shoveling snow!!!! Love the sunny deck with very comfortable seating. So many great restaurants nearby. Very nice to have a full gym, sauna, in-door pool, and steam room on-site to work off all those great meals.

Easy booking, check-in, and check-out process!! Way easier than through the resort itself. Awesome unit - clean, access to all amenities, plenty of linens. Good size kitchen/living area and right across the street from shopping center (although you wouldn’t know based on how quiet it is) so you can get anything you need!

Very clean, great amenities, great location. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a budget friendly excursion. We had our reservations since it was a last minute booking and the price was super reasonable. We were very pleasantly surprised. The whole Litchfield community is beautiful and we will definitely be returning to the area.

The property management staff was very kind and helpful. They gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Our room had great amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The property had a nice pool and a lazy river as an added bonus. It didn’t have an ocean view, but it was only a short walk to the nearest beach access. There were golf cart shuttles driven by staff to take you to and from the beach access points if you didn’t feel like walking. We had a great time and look forward to coming back again in the future.

I really enjoyed the team at Tidelife. Very friendly and helpful both prior to arrival and during our stay.
This was the first time that we had stayed on property at a Litchfield by the Sea location that did not require you to pass through security gates prior to arriving at the building. We generally stay closer to the Litchfield by the Sea Beach Club. However, this worked out great. It was a little less expensive and we could drive to the beach club each morning to spend our day on the beach. We could pull the car right up to the end of the beach access sidewalk, unload, park the car in the beach club parking lot (a breeze) and spend the day. In the evening, we did the same process in reverse and could leave the beach things in the car. (if we had used the property provided golf carts, we would have been lugging stuff all over the place!)
The space was perfect for our group and my grandsons especially loved being able to look over the balcony at the pool! We would definitely do this again.

Very nice staff at Tidelife, helpful and understanding.
Property pretty and just as advertised, the only thing is the floor was pretty nasty. Kids had to wear shoes or socks after bath, or by bed time their feet were black. Beds, bathroom and kitchen area very clean.

Great stay. We went from Monday to Friday which was a perfect getaway and avoided the party crowds of the weekends. The Lithfield grounds are spotless. There is a free golf cart shuttle to beach or you can walk or drive with easy parking. The pool was super fun and great temperature. The room was just as expected and well stocked with dishwater etc.

We loved this condo and location. It was perfect having the pool for the kids and the amazing beach access. We did make the short drive down to the beach, but the amenities and beach access were great and made things very easy.Room had plenty of towels, we did have to purchase hand soap and more toilet paper, but overall Unit was nice and clean.

We had a great time staying at this property in Litchfield and will definitely come back! We were a little disappointed by lack of ocean view but we really enjoyed overlooking the pool/waterpark. It was such an easy drive up to the beach access and parking was never an issue there or at the condo. We parked in the garage at the condo...everytime we came back to our condo, parking in the garage was available. We had a couple of meals in the kitchen and it had everything we was fully stocked. We rented bikes one day and had a great time exploring the beautiful property. Our only complaint was that we didn't have enough time there!

My wife and I rented this unit as a "homebase" for a beach golf getaway. The unit has a great location, close to several golf courses and restaurants. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk, and we had a nice relaxing walk along the beach every day. We also visited Huntington Beach, a beautiful area for a beach walk (go early if you want the place to yourself). There was a coin laundry in the building, which was nice. Like all the rentals we have gotten thru Tidelife, the place was spotless.

Beautiful, spacious condo overlooking the waterpark and pool at Litchfield by the Sea. Everything we needed was there - living room, dining area, full size kitchen appliances and a bedroom with two queen beds. Unit was very quiet day and night. Fantastic place to take the grandchildren! Besides the water park, we had access to the beach via our car or catching a ride on the resort golf carts. We will be back!!!
This was our second stay at Litchfield by The Sea and our first at this unit at the Summer House. It was perfect for my wife and I. All modern ammenties. Good size for a couple or small family. Very comfortable and the location is excellent. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and we look forward to returning next year.
