New owners have made beautiful updates. Amazing location. Private spaces for separate families. Cannot wait to go back!

Tidelife was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. We had to contact them one evening after hours and they sent a repairman out without any delay.

This was the second year that we booked Sea Lion for our family vacation to Debordieu. This house is in a good location near the beach. We rent bikes and golf carts, which get used to exercise, go to the beach, and the playground. and every evening we explore the property with family golf cart and bike rides. We have 11 family members who share this home. It is nice to have two family rooms and a great screened porch. There is plenty of room for everyone to hang out. The kitchen is well equipped and we were glad to have a gas grill available to cook out. We hope to be able to return to this house in the future.

We chose this house in Debordieu Colony because of its nearness to the beach and the size was just right for our family. The house was well laid out and there was plenty of space for our children and grandchildren (14 in all). The downstairs family room was a wonderful area for the kids to play and the large screened in porch was nice. Because we were very close to the beach our family spent significant time there. Also, the Debordieu Club (with its pools) was a good place for the family.

The house does need some work. The numerous decks were great but they needed to be painted and several pieces of furniture on the deck needed to be replaced. Another issue was we saw lots of ants in the house - not only in the kitchen but in some bedrooms.

This was our 3rd family vacation to Debordieu in 3 years. We travel with 6 adults and 5 children. Everyone loves this neighborhood and looks forward to coming back next year. This was our first year renting Sea Lion. The location is great and the house has a lot to offer.

Fantastic location and the number of bedrooms was a bonus. The counter space in the kitchen was too small for our group- we prepared every meal. WiFi was extremely spotty- routers throughout the house would be helpful.

House is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need away from home! Conveniently located steps from beach. Short car ride to convenient stores and restaurant. Owner was very responsive! Highly recommend.

Outstanding! This house has some warts but it was perfect for us. We had a dozen people and four dogs and it worked great! Minor issues (no curtains in the bedrooms of the ground floor) were very quickly addressed by TideLife personnel. TideLife provided a wealth of information so we really had no questions. The house is located a block from the beach; the community was active but quiet; great weather helped but even our college-aged kids said they loved it and would easily return. Lots of good trail/soft surface running in the area.

This is our first time vacationing to south Caro lina we booked two different homes with Tidelife Vacations (Suzanne)
Sea Breeze is the first house we stayed in for the month of February everything was terrific! Close to beach where we walked every day and definitely a big enough property.
We will be rebooking!

Overall good. We had a commode that had to be changed out but it was handled quickly.

We had a group of 12 and everyone was happy with the house. We had plenty of room. The house is older and could use a updated kitchen but was functional. The house has 6 bicycles which was really nice. My only complaint was the musty smell in the lower level.

We enjoyed the house a lot. It was perfect for our large family group. Plenty of room, lots of games to play, and several TV's to keep everyone entertained. It is not a fancy place, very casual, so you can relax and not worry about it. Some things were a little old and worn out, but basically everything worked and it was clean enough for us. Short 1 block walk to the beach, and only a few blocks to the pool, bar, and restaurant on-site. Plenty of parking in front and rear driveways. Went fishing in the ponds and canals. We would come back again!

This was our third year at Sea Breeze and we absolutely love the house the community and the beach!!

13 ladies gathered in this wonderful, clean, spacious ,and accommodating house. We look forward to booking again in the future. The Tidelife staff was terrific and timely.

overall a pleasant stay since there is so much to do and room for everyone. Bikes, ping-pong, pool table, and beach chairs. Very clean but needs a few details such as a larger oven, spider nests removed from outside of kitchen window. Still a great value.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for what we needed. 6 bathrooms was great for 12 women. Very close to the beach with only a couple minutes walk to the access. Kitchen was well stocked. Some of the doors to the outside were very hard to open and close. However, it was a great weekend! Rental company staff was great to work with!

Overall great experience. House had plenty of room for all 8 guests. The pool and ping pong tables allowed for entertainment when it rained and then when some of the guys were sunburnt. Great proximity to the beach as well as the pool.

We stayed at the Seabreeze for 1 week and had a wonderful time. Plenty of rooms, so four families had lots of space. Bikes, pool table and tvs, in almost all of the rooms, were big assets. Wish the kitchen was more equipped. There was just 1 dish towel, and with 12 adults, only about 7 coffee mugs.

Property description is accurate, although the trees in front of the house are now much more filled out than the picture. The property management company provides excellant service.

Suzanne was AWESOME to work with and very accommodating. The property itself could use some updating and maintenance but overall it's a perfect place to stay especially for larger groups.
Any issues we had were immediately addressed and handled.

This six bedroom house was nicely laid out on three floors. It was very clean! The master suite upstairs was roomy and quiet. Some things could have been improved, such as new batteries in the remote controls, hooks in the bathrooms and closets and a new paint job on the outside. It actually looks rather shabby outside. The bicycles were fun and the pool table, with only ONE stick was great. The oven was TINY. That needs to be updated for sure. We liked it, though, and would stay there again. Suzanne at Tide Life was extremely helpful throughout the booking and staying and check-out process.

Overall we had a wonderful time at the house and in Debordieu. We were only in town for a weekend wedding, but this house allowed 11 of us to get together in one place to catch up between the weekend wedding festivities.
The house had plenty of space and room for a lot of people to enjoy. We had several meals in the house and everyone had the privacy of their own bathroom/bedroom. The common spaces were perfect for large groups to hang out and the house had wonderful balcony and deck space to enjoy the weather, along with a game room and covered deck.
The only problem we had was a coffee maker with a note that the coffee maker was broken. That cost us 40 minutes (round trip) to Pawleys for coffee on Saturday morning, but the house had everything else we needed.

Rambling, comfortable, charming home with amenities galore. Tidelife delivered on every promise. (And it didn't hurt that the weather was gorgeous.) Highest marks.

There were 14 of us including four teenagers and a baby, and everybody had a quiet hiding place. It was clean but ready for updating -- kitchen especially, including supplies, pool table supplies, bikes, etc. The walk to the beach was so very close and easy.

We had a wonderful time. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. We were very close to the beach with a very short walk.

This was our second time staying and once again, we loved it.

We rented this house for ourselves and our bridal party last week and it was amazing!!! It is such a nice and welcoming home! Close to beach too! Can't wait to come back next year and many years to come!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Breeze 555! It was a great layout. It was a short walk to the beach. There were 5 adult bikes we used, beach toys with a wagon to carry everything! Debordieu was wonderful. The beach was not crowded! We rented a boat and used the landing to launch! It was really everything we could ask for in a vacation! Suzanne was wonderful to work with. Tide Life and the owner's welcome gift was so thoughtful!!

The house was large and comfortable with plenty of escape places from a large family. We will definitely return.

The layout of the house was perfect for my family...nice areas for all to gather and bedrooms not directly connected to the busier areas (for those that wanted to sleep in!). Great extras like bikes, pool table and a ping pong table. We used all extensively. There was a very short, but pleasant walk to the gorgeous beach. A nice surprise was the fact that the house is located in such a lovely neighborhood. Homes are far enough apart for privacy and landscaping between each was very nice. Each of the 6 bedrooms was decorated nicely and the beds very comfortable. Common areas were also decorated nicely.

Very nice, large beach house with room to spread out. Well equipped including ping pong and pool table making for fun time when beach weather not ideal. Could use some updating of carpet and dcor. However well worth the price.

We loved the house and it was perfect for two families with 5 teenage boys and 3 teenage girls.

Perfect house for a big family or group of friends! Our group was in town for a wedding weekend and we couldn't have wished for a better location! This house is full of entertainment for all ages! The staff at Tidelife Rentals was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process! I had the joy of working with Suzanne, who was able to give viable information for arrival and check in! We will definitely be coming back to this house!

Our family very much enjoyed this house. There was plenty of space and lots of activities for all ages (pool table, Ping-Pong table, bicycles, etc.) and the location, just steps away from the beach was great!

Great spot for young couples. Good location. Bikes and games included. Furnishings a little old, but fine for young people.
