Guests can enjoy an outdoor shower and a lovely outdoor living space with a grill area (propane provided by owner, underground tank). NEW CLUB ACCESS FOR 2023...
DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, tennis, fitness center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements.

The Kitchen had everything you need and the two screen porches overlooking the lake and golf course were fantastic! The beds were great we would have liked shades on all the windows.

We had a wonderful week staying at Ron's Retreat. My biggest beef with vacation rentals is cleanliness and this home was beautifully maintained - exceptionally clean! Wonderful views in the back of the home. The entire home was very comfortable. As a lifelong Steelers fan, I LOVED all of the artifacts presented by very proud grandparents - what an accomplishment! My favorite, however, was the framed contract between grandson and grandfather! Thank you for sharing your home with us and giving us glimpse of the personal lives of the owner on the walls and with the notes left to share. We loved it! Very easy check-in and check-out and wonderful staff within DeBordieu Colony!

We were originally booked at another property from a different company. The other company canceled our reservation 30 minutes before check in but was able to get us in touch with Suzanne at TideLife. While we were originally supposed to be ocean front, Ron’s Retreat was a great home!

We loved this home! The views were amazing and it was so comfortable. There was nothing missing! We especially enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table when we weren't on the beach. Suzanne and the Tidelife staff was, as always, super helpful. There is nothing they wouldn't do to make our stay perfect.

Exactly as Tide Life Vacation Rentals presented it to us.
We used to live nearby and after moving away came to this area frequently for vacation, but we won’t be back. It’s now overbuilt, crowded, and the DeBordieu community wants to charge outrageous fees to use their facilities. Thanks to VRBO, there are a ton of fees tacked on to make what is now a now mediocre experience entirely too expensive. This is a nice property, but I don’t like feeling like I’m being taken for a ride to do even basic things like rent a golf cart, swim in a pool, or buy a snack just off of the beach. This isn’t a critique of the property or the owner. It’s a critique of the system and overall experience.
