Beautiful 7 bedroom, 7.5 bath home on the lagoon in private gated community of DeBordieu. Spacious home for family gatherings. Wonderful yard with lots of opportunities to recharge and relax. Home features 6 TV's, 1 VCR, DVD, wireless internet, outside shower, fish sink, screened and open porches, hammock, beach chairs, widows walk, living room, dining room, extra sitting room, fireplace, and wet bar. Filtered water in ice maker and bar sink. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1st bedroom is the Master bedroom and has 1 king bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 doubles. Second floor has 5 bedrooms. 1st bedroom has 1 queen bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom has 1 queen and 4th bedroom has 1 king. 5th bedroom has 5 twins!
NEW CLUB ACCESS FOR 2022...
DeBordieu community clubhouse offers dining, golf, tennis, fitness center, pool access and activities. There is a $200 per day charge for use of any of these amenities. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed. Rental Agent is not responsible for any club accounts or club arrangements.

Our family has stayed at Par le Mer on a number of occasions. It is the perfect house for our large family and the living space works well for gathering for meals, conversation, and games. Our call in about damaged screens was addressed immediately and screens were replaced as well as the pocket door repaired. Thank you, Travis and Stan.
Hopefully the owners will replace the carpet in the house very soon as the house is in great need of new carpeting. The yard needs some attention with pruning and cutting back of shrubs and undergrowth and planting of grass or ground cover. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and came home with many wonderful memories!

ParlaMer is a great house for a big crowd. Plenty of space for all. several rooms for smaller groups to get have some quiet, or larger groups to gather together. Porches are a plus! The location in Debordieu is special with private access to the south end of the island.
Renting through Tidelife Rentals is so easy. The staff are extremely helpful. They take such pride in making certain your vacation is awesome.

The house has plenty of room and plenty of bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and tableware. The oven was broken and not useable which was not a problem for the weekend, however, under most circumstances it would be a huge problem. The furnishings are extremely dated and in desperate need of an update. Several of the club chairs need to be replaced altogether as the seats are broken. Overall, a lovely setting and location and a house that could be exceptional if given some attention and updating.

This was a first for our family to vacation on DeBordieu Island. It was such a wonderful week. The shelling on this beach is amazing. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! We enjoyed the beach which was very private, a day at the pool, golf cart rides, biking and sand volleyball (while the younger children enjoyed the playground. Par. La Mer is a beautiful home and met the needs of our large family.

We loved this beautiful home. It met the needs of our large family. We loved the convenient short walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed the abundance of beautiful shells, great waves for boogie boarding, biking paths are nice and wide, rented a golf cart and enjoyed touring the island that way (especially alligator pond), sand volleyball was fun with the older group while the younger ones played on the playground. Wonderful memories made here with our family.

The home is charming but in need of some attention. The elevator worked for 12 hours. The kitchen appliances and accessories were barely adequate. The washer and dryer worked but were barely acceptable. The home itself has a wonderful great room that we enjoyed every evening. It was clean but the furnishings are very worn. The location is near enough to the beach but the walk was a little difficult for young children. Overall the home was clean.

This is a charming house. The floor plan is excellent. The family room has plenty of room and made for wonderful evenings together. That being said the carpets need replacing as do the old appliances, particularly the washer and dryer. The furnishings are quite worn but were beautiful when originally purchased. It’s a short walk to the beach but far enough that if you love spending all day there it is problematic. The elevator was supposedly fixed when we were there yet it worked for less than 12 hours during the week. The kitchen is tired and pots and pans and utensils need replacing making cooking challenging . Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This was our family’s first trip to DeBordieu and we very much enjoyed our stay at ParLaMer. The house is comfortable and well equipped for large families. The location is great....right across the street from the beach access. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch in the morning and the front porch in the afternoon and evening. One of the main reasons we chose ParLaMer was for the elevator as one in our group has mobility challenges. Unfortunately the elevator broke the first day and we were told it could not be repaired while we were there. That was an inconvenience for us but would have been disastrous for someone in a wheelchair! Overall the house was fine for our family. Some of the furnishings are “tired”, especially on the porch. The beds were fairly comfortable. If the owners ever redecorate, I would recommend king size beds to replace the queens. The bedrooms are large enough and it would be much more comfortable.

The house was wonderful for our family. There was easy access to the beach with a little walk. It was pretty clean on the surface but needed deep cleaned...very dirty under the furniture and some cobwebs around wall decorations.

Our second year staying in ParLaMer, a lovely home surrounded by beautiful live oaks. The house is well laid out and very comfortable for our family of 13. There is easy access to the beach and DeBordieu is the perfect place to ride bikes, walk, run, etc., as there are trails everywhere. The home has several spacious porches, including one screened porch, giving added spaces for family fun.

Our 5th June vacation in DeBordieu with our children and their children. When the house we usually rent was taken off of the rental market in January,we were scrambling but thanks to Suzanne at Tidelife we were given the option of ParLaMer, a wonderful gem surrounded by live oaks and in the beach area we love. The house is spacouis, light and airy and easily handles a large group. I would definitely recommend it. All in all, it was another great family vacation in DeBordieu, one of our happy places
It’s a great location close to the ocean. Nice quiet community. The house needed some more detailed cleaning but otherwise fine. We thoroughly enjoy staying here with our family.
