We had a great long weekend- whole family able to come , grandchildren had a ball. We've stayed in this house many times and always have a great time! Tidelife is great!

Check-in was easy and the staff was courteous. The home was clean and had lots of room to spread out and relax. It was nice having the beach out the front door and a creek out the back. We played in the sand, caught a few crabs off the dock, and sat on the nice, screened porch. Definitely a place to unplug, eat in, and listen to the ocean. Thanks for the quiet get away.

We had a fantastic stay occupying both 762 and 764 McInnes. Overall, the property met our needs but is in some need of updating, in particular some of the furniture in main living area and ocean facing porch.

We had 4 nights, 5 days to run away to the beach and this house could not have been more perfect. No matter the wind or weather you have a front row seat and easy access to the ocean in all its moods and beauty. Windows all across the beach front, screened porches front and back, steps to the sand and water, clean and safe dock on the marsh side right out the back door. Comfortable living inside, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cook wear.

Second time at this location. First time experienced some issues with ongoing renovations during our stay but loved the location. This time was perfect...nice house layout and great location.

We enjoyed every opportunity that house afforded- multiple sitting areas, docks and decks, beach and marsh, kitchen and long dining room table. Wood paneling harkened back to so many beach childhood memories. House was a perfect place to honor the life of a friend who lived and loved her life at Pawleys.

McInnes 764 was wonderful! Very cabin like, was perfect for us. It was everything that we would want in a beach house. My mother getting her car stuck in the sand under the house was not good. It took 3 carpenters from the house next door to push her out. Recommend a rope of some sort to rope off area so that does not happen to another guest.

Second trip to this beach house. Was happy not too much damage from Ian. Few small problems which were addressed by Tidelife quickly. The location is great, on the beach and river and close to town. Love the from and back screened porches. Lots of good local dining

We had a fantastic time at this house, perfect for our family. Love the access to ocean and creek as we stay in both a lot. Only issue was the number of people from the public access that would set up in front of the house to swim, fish etc.

Mclnnes 764 vagabond was absolutely beautiful me and my family enjoyed our stay. From the kids playing in the ocean directly in front of the house to the fishing off the dock directly in back of the house it was amazing! The house was nice and clean when we arrived as promised, very spacious and the rooms were very comfortable it was a perfect home away from home. Definitely worth the 10hr drive from Ohio and we will be back! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to have some more beautiful memories for my family to remember.

Our rental was perfect and everything I hoped it would be. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. The house was well appointed and supplied everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Beds were quite cozy and we all slept soundly listening to the waves on the ocean.
Unfortunately, our weather was less than perfect but it didn’t stop us from enjoying the comforts of the home!

There were 9 adults. Some fishermen and some beach combers. Everyone had a great time. From the front and back screened porches to the access to beach or river, there was no lack of action for those who wanted it. One of our fishermen caught a 4 foot shark. That was very exciting. We will certainly return to this place.

We stayed for two weeks at Pawleys. It’s always a great vacation and Tidelife is the best to work with. They really care about making a vacation easy and trouble free. I have used other realties but none compare to the outstanding personal service that the staff at Tidelife provide. Peaceful, quiet week at Pawleys Island with family. Having the beach out front and the creek out back has certainly "spoiled" us as far as a rental house in the future! The creek had a small beach which was the perfect swimming area for small children!!Was a bit disappointed in the response when we discovered there was no grill. Received one call back to say the grill had been broken by previous guests and there were no rentals available or any for sale at the local hardware store. Purchased one at the same hardware store for very little. It made me wonder what the response would have been had the issue been with the inside stove/range. With the virus, we had decided to cook at the house 6 of the 7 nights, and 4 of the 6 meals included grilling! Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We've been staying on Pawleys Island southend for decades...but never before in the McInnes Vagabond. The Vagabond was perfect for beach access, beach/ocean view, marsh dock and view, and wonderful screened in porched front and back. The fishing and crabbing from the marsh dock was great! The Vagabond is very comfortably furnished. Check out this wonderful accommodation! The TideLife staff was fabulous. Thanks Elizabeth and Suzanne!

We love it here because we get the ocean the fishing, It is only 1 hour to my son and his family to go see.he moved down here 4 years ago. The only think that was not good was the carpet was not vacuumed. We vacuumed 3 times and had to clean the sweeper out first to use it. it was full and would not pick up. Other then that it was beautiful and the new steps and porch to sit and watch the ocean was GREAT.

This was my twelfth year at 764 McGinnis. For the first time our stay was interrupted by the weather... Hurricane Dorian. We had less than two days when we had to evacuate. If we had been able to stay it would have been wonderful like it is each year.

Was so disappointed with this rental and with the information we were given. The place was dirty, furniture was very old ,stain,and beat up. The dishwasher had rust inside and when a serviceman came out he said to rinse dishes before use because it was circulating rust. The dryer did not work properly and we were told after the fact was old and had complaints by others. The showers did not drain and we stood in dirty water passed our ankles. When serviceman came out the clump of hair was beyond disgusting and he said he was surprised they were even draining. Bedspreads in one room on two beds had stains that was disgusting. My husband was diagnosed with stage three cancer and were told to go and make memories before a major operation. I knew our place was booked so asked for a place comparable and explained our circumstances. I was assured this was a wonderful place with excellent ratings. The major kicker was the RAT that ran passed my husband when sitting on the porch! Someone did come and fixed where the rat chewed a hole in the screen. I was told the Tidelife owner would call me but have not heard a word from them. Will never recommend them to anyone. Emma from Tidelife was a help trying to fix what could be fixed. We were told the owner does not want to put any money in the property. Was upset that my husband was exposed to these conditions.

This is our tenth year of renting this lovely home right on the ocean.
We love this house and Pawleys Island! This year was our first with Tidelife and we were satisfied with the condition of the home and the attention we have received throughout the process of renting and occupying the home. We already have our reservation set for next year!

McInnes 764 "Vagabond" was absolutely perfect for our family! We had a magical week on Pawleys, and we cannot say enough great things about Tidelife or the property itself.

With four boys under the age of 6 in our family, we were looking for something basic and quintessentially Pawleys Island, and this was it! In our case, there was plenty of room for twelve people because four of ours were small. We were steps away from both the ocean and the creek, and the views were amazing. The house was very clean, and having the linens and towels provided for us was SUCH a perk! Suzanne and her team could not have been nicer or more helpful. They responded to our needs immediately.

Thank you for an amazing week, and we are already counting the days until next year!

We had a great time on Pawleys Island, beachside on the south end of the island. It is our annual trip to Pawleys, but first time at this property.

I called Tidelife on a whim because all of the venues in Georgetown were already booked. I had long awaited for the annual Plantation Tours. Suzanne resolved my dilemma within 10 minutes with an ocean front house on Pawleys Island. She patiently responded to all of my concerns, assuring me that the accommodations would be as I wanted. She was attentive and professional, with an empathetic approach. In other words, she was just as excited that I enjoyed the weekend as I was!

Great weekend at Pawleys in 4 great houses!

Our stay was great! We loved the house that was right on the beach. The view was amazing! We were just a short drive to shopping and eating. The house was very clean. Suzanne was great and very accommodating. We will definitely be back. The only thing I suggest is be careful of the fees that are added at the end of reserving your rental thru VRBO. We had a LOT of fees that were added on for pet fees, service fees, cleaning fees, etc. Way more than what the per night charge was supposed to be.
