Located in the beautiful golf community of Debordieu-"Lucky Star". This home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Located just steps away from the beach access this home provides the perfect stay for families, golfers and all looking to enjoy all that the area offers. The first floor offers the Master bedroom that has a king bed with an adjoining den with a pull out sofa. Upstairs features three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king bed plus twin daybed and has an ensuite shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and has a jack and jill bathroom with the third bedroom which has two queens. Common space upstairs has a great view of the ocean with a cozy sectional as well. Additional amenities of the home are: elevator, enclosed outdoor shower, gas cooktop, gas grill (guests provide gas), cable tv, wifi, fully stocked kitchen including a coffee pot and tea kettle.
This home does not have a debordieu club membership

Travis of Tidelife couldn't have been more helpful, and Lucky Star couldn't have been more perfect a home for our family. Great floorplan, comfortable furnishings, and directly across from beach access. We will definitely be coming back to DeBordieu Colony.

My family just spent a week at the Lucky Star and we loved every minute of our stay! This house is perfect! It is very tastefully decorated, has plenty of space, has well maintained and comfortable furnishings, it's clean and very welcoming! My family especially enjoyed the multiple tv and living areas in this home- it was easy for us to spread out when we needed our space! The kitchen was very well equipped, it had everything we needed to cook and grill out! The location and proximity to the beach can not be beat! The house is directly across the street from a beach access. It was a quick and easy walk across the street to the beach and we all enjoyed being able to come and go from the beach and back to the house with ease! That area of the beach is also less crowded which was very nice! We will definitely be staying at the Lucky Star again!

We had the best time at Lucky Star. The house is beautiful and the location could not be better. We have two teens and they loved the upstairs hangout room and bedrooms. The house has everything you could want for a vacation. It was truly our favorite beach trip. Thank you for an amazing week. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

This house was perfect! It was a great place for our family beach vacation. Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. There are great indoor/outdoor spaces to enjoy each others company. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beach access is steps from the house. The beach was quiet and relaxing with wonderful shells. It felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The surf was great for the kids to body surf and ride waves. We relaxed on the rocking chairs on the large front porch and loved the screened in porch for games at night. Riding around was a favorite activity in the 6 passenger golf cart. We enjoyed biking to the club house to swim, dine or have drinks at the Tiki hut overlooking the ocean.The owner was responsive and accommodating to all our questions. This house is wonderfully maintained and would recommend to our family and friends. We created wonderful memories in this gem of a house.
We were the first guests at the Lucky Star and it was a perfect week. We are well traveled and we have NEVER booked the same place twice- but we just booked to go back in June again. Directly across the street from the beach and very private. Quiet area with amenities close by. We did not have time to do everything that we wanted to do in the development. But the home itself is the true star. It is well appointed, had everything that we needed and more. Most importantly it had a calm, beachy- "I would really love to sit on this porch every day and call this place home" feel to it. All 4 of our children from teen to 2nd grade are so excited to go back. Look no further!
