• Kitchen: The well-equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, gas range, double ovens, and a Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster oven. Enjoy meals together at the 5-seat island, screened in patio or the adjacent dining area, with seating for everyone.

• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The first-floor master suite serves as s a serene retreat, complete with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, adjoining den with pull out sofa and private balcony access. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms; the first bedroom features a king bed plus twin daybed and has an ensuite shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and has a jack and jill bathroom with 2 full beds in the third bedroom.

• Outdoor Living: Savor the coastal breeze from the wrap around deck, perfect for al fresco dining or soaking up the morning sun. The home also includes a gas grill (guests provide gas) for those who enjoy outdoor cooking. Seawind Retreat also features a ping pong table, croquet and cornhole.

• Beach Proximity: With the beach just 220 steps away, you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or strolling along the shore. A $250 VayK Gear credit is included with the home, which can be used to rent beach gear during your stay.

• Prestigious Community: Guests at Seawind Retreat also have access to a TENNIS MEMBERSHIP that provides access to both community pools, pickleball, tennis, fitness center and dining at 3 on property restaurants. Contact the DeBordieu Club directly to register for a guest account. A $200 per day fee will apply.

We were the first guests at the Lucky Star and it was a perfect week. We are well traveled and we have NEVER booked the same place twice- but we just booked to go back in June again. Directly across the street from the beach and very private. Quiet area with amenities close by. We did not have time to do everything that we wanted to do in the development. But the home itself is the true star. It is well appointed, had everything that we needed and more. Most importantly it had a calm, beachy- "I would really love to sit on this porch every day and call this place home" feel to it. All 4 of our children from teen to 2nd grade are so excited to go back. Look no further!

My family just spent a week at the Lucky Star and we loved every minute of our stay! This house is perfect! It is very tastefully decorated, has plenty of space, has well maintained and comfortable furnishings, it's clean and very welcoming! My family especially enjoyed the multiple tv and living areas in this home- it was easy for us to spread out when we needed our space! The kitchen was very well equipped, it had everything we needed to cook and grill out! The location and proximity to the beach can not be beat! The house is directly across the street from a beach access. It was a quick and easy walk across the street to the beach and we all enjoyed being able to come and go from the beach and back to the house with ease! That area of the beach is also less crowded which was very nice! We will definitely be staying at the Lucky Star again!

We had the best time at Lucky Star. The house is beautiful and the location could not be better. We have two teens and they loved the upstairs hangout room and bedrooms. The house has everything you could want for a vacation. It was truly our favorite beach trip. Thank you for an amazing week. We can’t wait to come back next summer!

This house was perfect! It was a great place for our family beach vacation. Clean, updated, fresh and welcoming. There are great indoor/outdoor spaces to enjoy each others company. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beach access is steps from the house. The beach was quiet and relaxing with wonderful shells. It felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The surf was great for the kids to body surf and ride waves. We relaxed on the rocking chairs on the large front porch and loved the screened in porch for games at night. Riding around was a favorite activity in the 6 passenger golf cart. We enjoyed biking to the club house to swim, dine or have drinks at the Tiki hut overlooking the ocean.The owner was responsive and accommodating to all our questions. This house is wonderfully maintained and would recommend to our family and friends. We created wonderful memories in this gem of a house.
