This wonderful 3 bedroom Marsh Lake villa is the perfect space for couples or a girls weekend. With a king in the master and two queens in the additional two bedrooms, each bedroom also has it's own private bathroom. The crisp, comfortable decor is perfect for relaxing with its plentiful supply of natural light. Featuring a fully equipped and updated kitchen, wifi, cable TV, large sectional couch in a spacious living area, open porch with super view - this unit is sure to become a favorite! Guests will have access to Marsh Lake community pool and use of the new 6 person golf cart for the 2023 season!
DeBordieu features private beach, walking paths, nature trails, award winning Pete Dye golf course, playground, sand volleyball court and much more. Come stay for a weekend, a week, or even a couple of months!
Effective April 3rd, 2023 - Little Bit of Everything has a full Sports level Debordieu Club Membership, additional fees apply.
No smoking and No pets.
No motorcycles or motor homes are allowed in the Debordieu community.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay in his comfortable little Villa. Location was perfect and close to everything we needed for a weekend destination wedding. The amenities included in this home were great as well. Having to drive to a different location for keys was a little daunting after a very long day of travel, but we managed. Would rent again!

Our third time staying at this property-three bedrooms, well furnished, close to the beach and comes with a new golf cart. Only issue was dealing with the cable TV set up- multiple remote controls-not very intuitive , no instructions-a bit frustrating for us to operate. Minor issue so we'll be back!

Here for a girls weekend a birthday celebration. The house was beautiful. Clean comfortable well stocked. Plenty of room. Great porch and views. Quiet neighborhood. Handy to have the golf cart. Lucky to have have perfect beach weather. I can’t wait to stay again.

Our stay was wonderful, the area and weather was perfect for a family wedding we attended. The unit is fabulous with only one item of concern. The mattresses really need updating. Other than that I would rent it again in a second!

I love Debordieu and the house was nice. The bathrooms could use an update but it was fine and clean inside the cottage. The golf cart works and it is nice to have it but is slow and doesn't hold a charge for all that long.

The house was very comfortable, well decorated and very cheery! Especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen! I had packed almost identical supplies that the kitchen was stocked with.... we think alike!...
Operating the tv took some getting used to..
I also appreciated the fans!...use of the golf was a huge plus.... a little dirty however!
Do wish we didn’t have to drive back to Tide Life to return the key!

Tide life was great, called them on a Friday when our other rental company gave us a two day notice that our other rental was untenable. All of the ladies at Tide Life were so quick, friendly and helpful they found this beautiful house at a moment’s notice and the whole rental was seamless they save our mini vacation. The house was clean spacious and perfect for our little getaway!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. The only thing was the trash from the previous tenants was left overflowing the bins with trash bags sitting on the ground. The bags were open and bit into by birds and other animals so that the trash was all over. The maid was there when we got to the room and was unable to take the trash with her as she had already filled her car with what she could. No one picked up the trash until late Tuesday on trash day.

Home was beautiful and in a perfect location for the Debordieu wedding we were attending. Only negatives to the house were no grill and the crazy amount of flying bugs around, although I guess the bugs are to be expected given the location.

We have stayed in Debordieu each summer for 15 years. The location of this rental was excellent! The home is beautifully decorated and is very spacious. We loved having the golf cart as well. The only thing missing was a grill. That was disappointing as we like to grill several nights for our family while at the beach. Would definitely rent again, though!

we came down to South Carolina to see the eclipse from the beach, and although we had expected the rental to be beautiful, we were blown away. It was spacious and had all the amenities one could ask for. The accommodations, the property, the people we worked with were all wonderful !!!
