The condo was In a great location. We were pleased with everything, except the power outlets, some of them didn’t work. Also the condo was very hot. Looking at the thermostat, it was 74 when we got there. It just got hotter as time went by and never cooled off. We called the rental company on our next to last day to let them know the air wasn’t cooling the condo. We never heard anything back from anyone. We actually left early (the evening before actual checkout the next morning). Overall, the condo was clean and great location, just needs some updating and the air conditioning needs to have maintenance

Property is right across the street from the beach, the building is well maintained. Apartment had some issues but in general we had a great stay. Kitchen was not well organized. Shades need replacement and or blackouts. Sofa bed was gross.
We enjoyed our trip!

We stay in this condo for 4 nights mid June. The location of this condo is very convenient, the beach access is just across a small road, and the beach was very nice. We were surprise to have two level's condo, the living room &kitchen & balcony were on one level and bedrooms & bathroom were on another level. We really like that! Overall, the condo was clean, but little bit outdated (especially kitchen). The refrigerator worked but it seemed like it didn't produce enough cold, but freezer worked good. The area around had nice trees & plants, it was quite neighborhood, which we really like it.

Clean—but needs lots of updates, for the high cost should provide a few extras— dish detergent and dish towels, soap, maybe even toiletries. We had less than half roll of paper towels and toilet tissue.

We are sorry to hear you did not have enough supplies and we would have been happy to drop all of the items mentioned off to you for your stay. However, we do not provide toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner or toothpaste, mouth wash etc. We are happy to hear the condo was clean and we will kindly pass along the suggestion for updates to the homeowner.
