The Laughin' Place is a Pawleys Island home on the South Carolina coast at the South End of Pawleys Island. A place where smiles and laughter are served and where the tide washes away all cares. Like Brer Rabbit said 'Everybody's got a laughin' place where they can go ...' and this is in the heart of one of the best area islands on the South Carolina Coast. We hope you will enjoy it as your 'Laughin' Place', too!
The best of Pawleys, Oceanfront AND Creekside: Two-Story home with one deck and two screened porches. Laughin’ Place features three separate living areas so large groups of people have space for privacy as well. The ocean is just outside the door. Sit under the house in the shade or pull your chairs on out to sun on the beach.
INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL IS THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT ONLY. This is a stand alone area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The living area includes an efficiency kitchen with full size refrigerator, 2 burner ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, Keurig and a coffee pot.
The upstairs apartment has 1 queen size bed, 1 full bed and a sleeper sofa. The bath has a large garden tub.

We have added a covered dock on the creek with a floating section that is sure to be a favorite spot for all.
Be sure to climb all the way up the stairs to the top of the house for a breathe-taking view from the deck on the roof.
The unique layout offers as much or as little of the Laughin' Place as you need.

Great office staff at Tide Life, helpful and very friendly. Best for Pawleys Island, would use them again. I felt they really cared about you and your stay. Family Operation loyal to the island and their customers.
Loved this location, right on the beach with a nice dock to fish the creek.
Perfect for single person or couple not needing huge beach house if you don't mind the stairs which had easy landings to rest if you needed to. Would certainly stay here again when at Pawleys.
