This expansive residence features four oversized bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 14, accommodating family and friends. Every bedroom includes a private ensuite bath, TV, and a large closet (each spacious enough for a Pack ’n Play; two are provided on-site). Two luxurious king primary suites are located on the main level, while the upper floor hosts two impressive guest suites, each outfitted with two queen beds, a daybed, and an additional living area, ideal for kids, teens, or multiple families traveling together.

The main level is the heart of the home. A grand entry foyer with dual staircases welcomes you inside, leading to a light-filled open-concept living area. Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows frame the ocean beyond while creating an inviting space for gathering, dining, and entertaining.

Step onto the expansive oceanfront covered porch, furnished with comfortable lounge seating and a hammock, an ideal place to relax and take in the sweeping coastal views. A screened-in porch connects seamlessly to the oceanfront porch, offering a wonderful space for open-air dining while enjoying the gentle sea breeze. The welcoming front porch is a true Lowcountry highlight, featuring classic rocking chairs and a traditional joggling board, perfect for sipping sweet tea, sharing stories, and easing into the relaxed coastal rhythm. It’s a favorite gathering spot any time of day.

Amenities included: Linen & towel package, wet bar/wine fridge, 6 flat-screen TVs, washer dryer, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, garage entertainment (TV, shuffleboard, ping pong, corn hole), boardgames & puzzles, high-speed wireless internet and a $250 credit for beach gear rental.

DeBordieu Colony is an exclusive, gated oceanfront community located just south of Pawleys Island, ideally positioned between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Known for its natural beauty and relaxed Lowcountry lifestyle, DeBordieu offers miles of pristine beach, tidal creeks, and an on-site nature preserve with scenic walking and biking trails, all enjoyed in a mild, year-round coastal climate.

This home includes a Sports Membership, providing access to the Beach Club’s two pools, dining, tennis & fitness facilities, and the renowned Pete Dye–designed championship golf course. Temporary club access is available for $200 per day plus a one-time $20 activation fee, with additional amenity fees such as golf green fees applying separately. A maximum of four vehicles is permitted for this property, and the DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges a $20 per vehicle entry fee, not to exceed the number of bedrooms in the home.
