For boating and nature lovers, the private dock is fully outfitted with water, power, a Jon boat ramp with power winch, and a comfortable sitting area to take in the peaceful creekside views.

This house is equipped with a SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP that includes 2 pools-one ocean front, a pool side Gazebo Bar & Grill, Starbucks Coffee Shop, fitness center and social events. This does not include GOLF OR TENNIS. The $200 per day fee is collected and arranged directly with the DeBordieu Club after your reservation has been confirmed.
