This magnificent 6-bedroom oceanfront house, nestled on the idyllic South End of the island, is the perfect home for your next family beach vacation! With a private creek dock and the added convenience of an elevator, this property promises the ultimate in comfort and convenience.
This spacious oceanfront home spans multiple levels and offers a total of six well-appointed bedrooms, each designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. The king master bedroom is on the main floor with the kitchen and dining area and features an en-suite bathroom that is handicap accessible. Fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances such as refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and a spacious countertop bar with seating for 4. The formal dining room table off the kitchen and living area seats 10 comfortably and allows for serving a big dinner with your family and friends. Flat screen TV surrounded by two comfortable couches makes relaxing easy after a day on the beach. There is an additional sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa with access to a half bath.
Upstairs the additional five bedrooms are spread throughout. King master with private bathroom, queen bedroom w/ a twin and a private bathroom, queen bedroom w/ a twin and a private bathroom, queen bedroom with a private bathroom and an a loft with 2 twins with a twin trundle under each. There is also a sitting area with a flat screen TV and queen sleeper sofa. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.
A spacious, oceanfront sundeck offers the perfect spot for lounging, sunbathing, or al fresco dining. Meanwhile, the private creek dock provides a gateway to the picturesque waterways of Pawleys Island creek, ideal for kayaking, paddle-boarding, or casting a line for a fresh catch. It's a place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life while still being just a short drive away from the vibrant dining, shopping, and cultural attractions of nearby Georgetown and the Marsh Walk of Murrells Inlet.

We have vacationed on Pawleys Island for over 20 years and at this lovely house for approximately 10. We are a smaller family so this open, upper and lower living arrangement works well for both families yet also giving us options for additional company to visit! We love the attentiveness, kindness and reliability TideLife and would highly recommend the company to others.

First of all, what a great name, By Grace! This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 4 small children. We always stay on the south end, and this location did not disappoint....great beach and creek access.
The house lay out is perfect. Will seek to stay at By Grace again in 2025. If there are opportunities to upgrade, two refrigerators should be the standard. We identified too much sand in the outdoor shower area, and it was corrected during our stay, Thanks!
The pots and pans could be updated. All minor opportunities, but did not impact our vacation.

Had great time. Great weather. Good fishing. Any problems Tidelife was right on it. Would recommend Tidelife Realty over others. Have been vacationing at Pawleys Island for 48 years and this was the best house to rent. Had everything we wanted. Will be back next year Lord willing.

The views at By Grace are outstanding. While sitting at the kitchen table I could watch the beach and the creek. The house was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. I would recommend this house to anyone and I will be renting again.

We have booked By Grace for years. We love the house but it's even better after some recent updates. Each bedroom, with the exception of the sunroom, has its own bathroom which is nice. The open downstairs is great for family time. The elevator is a key option as it allows my parents to travel with us. The location is perfect with water on both sides and a nice dock. We will likely be back next year.
Tidelife does a wonderful job as well. We had an issue with plumbing and we called in the morning and it was fixed by lunch. They were very responsive throughout the entire process.
I wish the back screened porch was a little larger, but it works well. That being my only suggestion this is a great house and we had a wonderful time.

Great location. Kitchen not as clean as should have been for price that is paid to stay. Furniture could stand to be cleaned. Handicap bathroom good but could not use elevator so little hard coming and going by our handicapped guest.

We CAN’T SAY ENOUGH about the service provided by Tide Life management. The best part was that the rental was available at 1 PM which gave us a WHOLE DAY with our family that met from 3 different states. We have dealt with other rental companies and we are never able to get into the rental until 3-4 pm. They accommodated us when the fridge wasn’t cold enough and he BEST part is you don’t have to empty the fridge and waste food!! We were happy to leave stuff for whomever could use it! We have been coming to Pawleys for 23 years and have had the best experience with THIS rental company. Pawleys is such an amazing place and our family absolutely loves meeting here to enjoy each other for a week. By Grace now has several pull out couches that they haven’t had the last few years too!! It’s such a perfect place!! Thanks you for your hospitality and your support (and also for the beach ball you threw at us at the parade!!!).

This was our 52nd year coming to Pawleys with our family. We had stayed at By Grace for three years when it was a Lachicotte rental. This was our first year with Tidelife. Over all we had a wonderful experience in this beautiful house by the sea. There is nothing better than having your entire family group ( my sister and me ) around you for an entire week. We have many friend in the Pawleys area and having them visit with us is a big plus. We are definitely looking forward to next year.

My co-workers and I had our girls weekend trip here and WOW! What a slice of heaven this place is. The location cant be beat. Having water on both sides of you is amazing! Very clean and spacious home. Will return next year for sure!

We have been staying in Pawleys Island for over 20 years and By Grace is one of our favorite homes to stay in. The home with an open floor plan is perfect for our family and guests to relax together or have quiet, private time if desired. The home is always clean and well maintained , and the few times I have had to call for assistance, TideLife is very responsive and helpful. Our grandchildren have grown up on that beach and at the creek side - we all share so many fabulous memories!
