Another great stay at Bella Luna! We chilled at the pool daily. We enjoyed the fireworks on top of the widows watch. The convenient location of Bella Luna, its full upstairs/downstairs, front porch and spacious back deck and the pool keeps us coming back for more awesome family memories!

Location to the Beach was most convenient without being on the beach. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants excellent. Having the pool was fantastic when it was too windy and surf too rough on the beach. Kitchen upstairs, which I personally used, was roomy for all the cooking we did most days but I did bring everything I needed just to make sure we had what we needed and to know it was clean. It did appear this house had a lot of kitchen gadgets, cookwear and dishes. The refrigerator when we arrived was the cleanest I've ever seen in a rental. Bathrooms were small and dated. Beds comfortable. Overall a clean home but I do wish more attention/mopping could be done on floors in between retals. We had a small issue that maintenance handled quickly and to our satisfaction. 17 year old grandson loved the Widow Watch, used it as his private space at night. We will consider renting here again because it is pet friendly, roomy for our 2 families, one set up and one set downstairs and easy to deal with rental company.

The layout of stacked apartments was perfect for our needs. The pool was small but adequate. The rooftop deck was a great way to catch a breeze and cool off. It was a perfect vacation.

We absolutely loved staying at Bella Luna! We loved the convenient access to the beach, loved floating around in the pool, great front porch and back deck as well as the widow's watch on top of the roof to view the ocean, fireworks and the sunset.

We knew this was an older home but it wasn't very clean. Chips in the burner downstairs. Sandy floors dirty carpet and cushions. My daughter washed her room's bedspread immediately. Very small living/dining space. Hot water quirky. Nice pool and decks.

We reported one issue with the refrigerator (minor) and there was already an open work order and it was fixed on Monday.

This was our third year in this rental. Rental agency changed this year. Price went up and my experience went down. When we arrived on Sunday, the pool was dirty. If rental period is Sunday to Sunday, pool should be cleaned Sunday mornings. I reported a broken window in a downstairs bathroom on Monday and reminded rental agency several times. No screen in the window allowed bugs to come in. Never fixed during our stay. Wondering if the window was cleaned before we came, why wasn’t the break noticed? No return calls from my messages left with rental agency. Had to call twice to get help for a breaker that was tripped. TV remotes did not work for some of the TVs. Batteries out in backwards. Fortunately any time spent with my family is a good time. Not sure if we will use this rental agency again or not. The new owners did make some upgrades with floors and decking. Still love Pawley’s Island!

Our second time staying, and it was just as lovely as the first time. Within walking distance from the beach and our dogs love the walk! The house also has a nice pool and huge deck in the back, perfect for the family. When it rained during our stay, I just grabbed a book and went out the the large screened porch and enjoyed the night air.The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking large meals and major appliances are updated, including the new washer and dryer (my favorite part.) The bed we slept in was more comfortable than my own!Basic essentials were provided, like individual soaps, towels and washcloths, paper towels, and toilet paper. The home is very clean and you can see there are updates being made throughout on both levels. I love everything about Bella Luna!5 Stars from us!!
