AVF 53-202

We are snow birds so we were here for an extended stay of several months. This is our first time staying away from the beach. This condo is very nice; comfy beds and lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked. Best of all, it is dog friendly. With access to LBTS and the pool right here, it's a great place when we had guests come to visit. We wouldn't rent from anyone other than Tidelife. No matter the need, they are quick to help and genuinely care about their customers.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is larger than it appears online and we had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We were immediately impressed with the space and cleanliness and loved the layout. The new flooring was a great upgrade. It had plenty of kitchen supplies and we cooked dinner all but one night. The condo pool is just outside the unit which was so convenient. The beach is a short drive away but not difficult and access to Litchfield Resort took the stress away to find public parking. They also have a great family pool, especially for little ones (splash pad/lazy river). I had a few questions prior to my stay and Suzanne/staff were fantastic to answer them quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

When we walked in surprise by how big it is. Everyone had plenty of space. It was very clean. It made out trip less stressful than going to a hotel. It was quite.close to everything.

Upon our arrival around midnight, we found animal urine stains in multiple locations on every carpet in every room as well as on walls. Fabric on chairs were torn by animal claws. We left in the morning. How could this property be rented in its condition?

One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed,Suzanne Temple is the best, would and have recommended her to everyone we talk too.Would recommend any of her properties, this place was very close to every thing you would ever need on vacation or to live was very clean and well maintained.Suzanne was the greatest.

Loved being able to have our pup with us! This property was very nice, but could be fantastic with some TLC. Ants were still an issue. Master bathroom sink drains very slowly, several minor issues issues like that... BUT we would totally stay again for the benefit of bringing our pup. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Pool was closed (thanks covid-19). We were informed that the unit is now for sale which is probably why owner hasn't kept up with minor issues. We enjoyed our stay!

The space accommodates us very well. However, the problems that I addressed in my review of this unit last year have not been fixed leading me to assume the owners just don’t care that: shutters are broken, upholstery is worn and torn down to the foam underneath. Additionally there is only one dish towel in the kitchen, the master bathroom was dirty, the smoke detectors are missing their covers (are they even working?), the oven display can’t be read and we were not informed that the pool was closed. We will look for a different unit next year.

Very nice condo . Very old inside and worn out. But I emailed the company , there are a lot of ants inside the Unit on the kitchen countertop coming from somewhere in the corner . We noticed the first night at night didn’t say anything saw the second day , emailed the company heads up there’s ants and never heard anything

So I would recommend this condo complex but not our unit but again if you want to be close to a beach this is not the complex for you

We spent January, February and half of March in this unit. It was very comforable and was equipped with everything we needed. The unit was very bright with sun on the balconies most of the day.
We particularly enjoyed the area. The nearby paths were great for walking and biking (2 bikes were left for our use). We also loved going to Litchfield by the Sea for beach access.
Tidelife Vacation Rentals were always extremely helpful and friendly!

Rental property was fine Some of the furniture was a little shabby

We really liked this place. Would have given 5 stars except carpets were very dirty. We would stay here again.

Staying in Pawleys is one of our favorite get a ways! Tidlife made the family get together an affordable & comfortable. The staff took personal care of all our reservation requests and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The unit we rented was perfect in dcor, equipment, location & amenities. We have used other rental companies before and didn't get the service and pleasant attitude that Tidlife provided....they were genuine!

Condo is beautiful and very comfortable. We were happy to find a pet friendly place. Loved the golf cart but the location is much farther from the beach than we had expected. We took the golf cart to Litchfield by the Sea and almost didn't make it back before the battery was drained. We were under the impression when we booked this property that it would be closer to the beach. For the price we paid, it should have been in a better location in my opinion.

Community was very nice. Proximity to beach (5 minute drive) excellent. Home was clean and well maintained. A few flaws: 1) missing key to club car; 2) one key to front door not correct key (but they provided spares); 3) Fridge light not working; 4) stove light- temperature indicators- impossible to read- had to guess- maintenance said they'd recommend a new stove to owners; 5) first night the unit next to us had a party of at least 20. Loud and noisy til 130 AM. Thought group parties were not allowed? I realize this last issue was not rental or owners issue but certainly a condo community issue. Location was very nice and rentals response was quick but these issues kept it from being 4-5 rated. Maybe we were in a 'renters section' as other units nearby seemed more satisfactory.

53 Nuthatch Lane Pawleys Island 202 was a great location very large layout and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable in there own spaces. the private beach was great along with the pool at our rental was very nice too. We can't say enough about the beautiful sites around Pawley's and the grounds it was all located on just gorgeous.

The rental agency was friendly and great service.

We stayed here for a long NYE weekend while I was in town for a friend's wedding. The property management company was friendly, accommodating, responsive - one of the easiest booking experiences I've had to date. The condo is clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. It was close, but not too close, to shops and restaurants. The perfect location, IMO. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Worked out great for our Thanksgiving holiday. Great location and plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable, clean, well managed and well furnished.

Very nice, clean and roomy property. Modern kitchen and screened in back deck were just a couple of the pleasantries our party enjoyed. Conveniently located to Litchfield By The Sea Resort. Just steps away from the pool. Golf cart access was a definite plus. Would recommend this property!

The rental team were very easy to work with, and every thing was easily understandable for the condo.
We loved the condo! Very good location for all amenities, just wish that we had more of the Litchfield amenties available to us, as renters. The golf cart was absolutely utilized!!

It was close to everything. Condo had plenty of room.

We loved the layout of the rooms. Layout allowed younger child to sleep in Jack&Jill area by closing a couple of doors while the rest of the family mingled. Very clean. Fully furnished rooms and kitchen. We actually rented two units within the same area that allowed us to walk to other property to meet with other family members. Overall, great experience! Would rent here again and would mention it to others.

House was clean and met expectations. Owner was available via cell phone and text messages to answer all questions. Access to pools and beach at Litchfield were key to a great vacations. Thanks so much....Paul

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Avian Forest condo! TideLife Vacation Rentals were great to work with and so helpful with our arrangements. The unit was clean and just waiting for us to arrive. It is very spacious and the layout is so convenient. It is especially ideal for families with teens, or for several couples vacationing together.The golf cart that was available for us to use was definitely a bonus! We LOVED the fact that our furry four-legged family member was able to enjoy the trip as much as we did. We hope to vacation here again!

This was awesome for a blended family. More spacious than pictures indicate. Loved being near the beach. Was able to pack the kids up and drive right over to beach with great parking for Litchfield.

Our stay was very good. Appreciate having the golf cart available.
There was only one problem, as the air was not working the last evening in the back bedrooms. Overall, we were happy with our accommodations.

We truly enjoyed the Avian Condo. The photos did not do it justice. It was well stocked with all the household necessities. The location was perfect. The Tradition golf course was right outside our door. The property's garage had all the items you need for the beach.

I thought this place was going to be great when I rented it, but once we got there, the place was AWESOME. The Condo is bigger than I thought it was and the layout is great, especially if there are two families staying. The Condo was very clean,decorated very nicely and accurately described. Access to the LBTS and having the golf cart nice to have and enjoyed. I can't say enough good things about this place. The only hiccup we had going in was getting all the information from the office up front. To their defense, they had a new person in the office when we checked in and she didn't give us all the information we needed. Suzanne Temple was able to get everything taken care of for us. It was a great stay and I wish we could have stayed longer. I would rent this condo again. Also, thank you for letting us bring our 2 small dogs.

Tidelife Vacation Rentals were so easy to work with from beginning to end. Felt like we knew one another before, and this was our first time renting through them. Very accommodating and professional. Will definitely rent through them again!
