Come enjoy all that Pawleys Island has to offer in this beautifully decorated oceanfront home located on the south end of the island. The large front screened porch is like having a second, outdoor living area. The porch is very spacious and has ample seating for the whole family. This home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout and high ceilings help in making this home very open, airy and light. A private sitting area upstairs provides a quiet spot to sit and read a book while looking at the beach. The oceanfront porches are ideal for relaxing with the sounds of the ocean or enjoying a meal. The bedrooms on the ocean side have doors that open onto a porch that showcases a beautiful view. The 3rd floor is an amazing addition with 2 bunk beds that serves as the perfect bedroom and clubhouse for children or adults who are kids at heart!

I rented this for my wife’s birthday and to enjoy the beach and ocean front. The location was perfect the scenery was fantastic and couldn’t have asked for anything better. The sad part is, it wasn’t the cleanest and the beds had stains on them so we had to buy new bedding to put down on the one we used. Doors were hard to lock and unlock and could use a little graphite to help due to the salt air. Deck furniture could use a little care but was able

We enjoyed a really great week with our entire family. Everyone had a wonderful time. We have ages 13 to 79 years and all really loved the beach. Anchorage is a flexible house and accommodated us all. Next year I would love a tide chart--and a trash pick-up schedule. Thank you. Karen N.

Great house in ideal location. Everything was clean and as the pictures indicated. Helped that the kitchen was stocked with all main cooking items and they even had a grill downtown

The house was clean, roomy and had a great view and access to the beach. Close enough to golf courses but removed enough to feel like you are properly away on vacation

We loved watching the sunrise from our beds and the large screened in porch. The place was spacious, comfortable and perfect for large gatherings in or out. The ice machine was an unexpected but welcome bonus. We hope to return every year!
