SATURDAY-SATURDAY RENTAL ONLY DURING SUMMER MONTHS.
This beauty is is located directly across from the beach access on the North End of Pawleys Island and has great views of both the ocean and the creek! Enjoy your hot summer days and cool fall nights on the house's screened in and covered porches which are ideal for relaxing and taking in the sweet atmosphere that Pawleys Island has to offer. Families are welcome and we hope that you will be able to create lasting memories in this spacious house.
On the main floor of the house you have a full kitchen with an open floor plan for the dining and living areas. The house features 1 master bedroom with a queen bed and adjoining bath. The 2nd floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a secondary den area with a television. Other features of the property include central H/VAC, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, cable TV, WiFi, coffee pot and keurig, and hot/cold outside shower. Beach access can be found directly across the street from the house.

We had a wonderful family-gathering beach week at The Altman House for the second year in a row. There was room for our entire party of 7 adults & 5 children (ages 1 to 6). The house is also conveniently located directly across the street from a beach access, with a stop sign at the crosswalk.

We have rented this house for the past three years and don’t plan on moving ! This house has become special to me and my son and his family who come form Colorado for a week of family time. The house is always ready on time and sometimes before which is so helpful. Tidelife folks are friendly and are attentive to issues. We needed rubber mats for the showers and tubs and we got them promptly.

We have been coming to PI for a few decades and this was our favorite house. Bedroom/bathroom setup was perfect. Lots of space in the main living/dining rooms. All furniture was clean. Will definitely be booking again for family reunion in ‘25.

House was in a very good location, and the management staff made sure appliances were working well. Also, nice porch on the house.
However, the house could have been cleaner, especially regarding mold removal (e.g., near some air vents).

Unfortunately with the high humidity in our area and running AC with door going open and closed, it is very common for mildew to build up within 24-48 hours of cleaning them. The living area of this home is comfortable and updated. Bathrooms have been updated, but they are small. (More towel bars and some shelving would be helpful.) The king size mattress in back bedroom is comfortable. Replacing the kitchen countertops and
mini blinds are highly recommended. We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill. The beach access is at the end of a short gravel road across the street. Beach is lovely. No frills home in a great location.

This was our second stay at Altman house and once again, we thoroughly enjoyed it! The house is so well located...across from beach access. It is old fashioned in a good way. But all the important things work well- a good dishwasher and air conditioning that you aren't constantly adjusting. Lots of bedrooms to spread out and an open space to come together. Also, a great screened porch.

Our family had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays at the Altman house. The location is great because there is a beach access directly across from it to a beautiful wide oceanfront. The house has plenty of bedrooms and living space to spread out. It was clean and well maintained..not fancy, but certainly nice enough. The kitchen was well equipped. A great thing about renting from Tidelife is that you get a bonus rental of vacation gear like bikes or beach chairs. We chose the bikes and had fun using them every day. Highly recommend Altman house!

Six adults,, all over seventy, reuned at Altman House, and found the logistics there wonderful. Great floor plan, comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms, easy access. Furnishings accommodated a crowd and decorations were warm and inviting.
