After selling our home extremely quickly we needed a rental that allowed our 2 gentle giant large dogs and that was close enough to our original home to deal with all the moving challenges. This house fit us perfectly and the fenced yard was great for the dogs to be out in. Neighbors were very friendly and I believe they appreciated the fact that our dogs never barked and we were quiet neighbors. We spent a lot of time in the sun room area and only used 1 bedroom.We know the street very well as used to rent another home nearby in octobers. Loved being close to the beach so alternated daily walks there with a walk in woods we knew of . We only had 2 minor problems whilst there and Tidelife took care of them imediately and fixed the air conditioning for us.The home was very clean on our arrival and we left it perfectly clean on our departure. Because we were there quite a long time we used our own bedding and rugs in the home allowing for the owners to be not used at all.This is a great place to rent especially for our situation
