The main level boasts a Master king bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring a glass luxury walk in shower, double sink vanities and walk in closet. An open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the gourmet kitchen, formal dining and inviting living area. Fully equipped kitchen featuring top-of-the-line Viking appliances, granite countertops, a large center island offering seating for 8, a breakfast room table offering seating for 6, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, a fully stocked wet bar and formal dining room that seats 10. It's a perfect space for preparing gourmet meals or entertaining guests and family. Vaulted ceilings and oversized windows flood the space with natural light, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere.
Top floor accommodates 2 boasting an additional king master and en-suite bathroom with a luxury glass walk in shower, large soaker tub, double vanity sinks and walk in closet. Down the hall is an additional sitting area with wet bar, sectional couch and flat screen TV.
Step outside to your own private paradise. The expansive outdoor area is an entertainer's dream, complete with a shimmering private pool and sun soaked loungers overlooking the lake. Beyond the beach and pool, this home offers a tennis membership which includes golf, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center, pool usage along with food & beverage purchasing. Access to these amenities requires registration for a guest account through the DeBordieu club directly. A $200 per day fee will apply. Rental of this home also includes a $250 beach gear credit with your stay!

This is truly a remarkable family home that brings everyone together...yet spacious and never feeling cramped..
The views from the top roof deck are Amazing!
All the bedrooms were comfortable and the dining & great room were fantastic!
The exterior porches are large and allowed for all to enjoy..
We had a great great vacation!!!
Can't wait to get back!!!

This was our third year staying at this beautiful home. It is perfect for our family - My husband and me, our three sons and their wives and children. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The layout is perfect and spread out. The porches are beautiful. I highly recommend this property for a large family. We mostly cooked - our grandkids are young - we did go out once to the Rustic Table (great service and food) and we went to the grill next to the pool once also. I highly recommend this property!

The overall accommodations were even better than expected. All of the folks we had with us really enjoyed the time there and only wished we had more time to spend. Next year we'll likely put in for an extra day :-)
Only thing that was a slight disappointment was not having access to the elevator in the home, but that was by no means a deal breaker. We hope to have the opportunity to rent the same place next year.

Great home for our family from Dallas and Houston. Well located and good floorplan. We were disappointed that the washer and dryer did not work properly and we had to have maintenance come to repair the freezer and doors that had faulty hardware.
