Exclusive Debordieu Amenities: This home includes a Social Club Membership that allows access to two community pools at the Beach Club and casual and fine dining options. Temporary club memberships can be arranged for $200 (does not cover individual amenity fees). Maximum Vehicles: 7. Each vehicle entering Debordieu Colony incurs a $20 access fee (up to 7 vehicles total, matching the number of bedrooms).
