Beautiful newly renovated condo! We went for a week with our family including multiple babies and everyone had plenty of space! Gorgeous marsh front view and easy walk across the gated neighborhood street to the beach accesss! Booking again for next year

This place was perfect for our group of 8! Loved the sunsets and quick watch to beach. And there are 3 pools to choose from.

Inlet Point Unit 11C was the most picturesque getaway for our family! I still dream about the sunsets over the marsh! It is just a few steps away from the ocean and I felt completely safe in the guard gated community. The unit itself is beautiful and the renovations are gorgeous! I love the layout of the condo. The upstairs and downstairs offer complete privacy from each other, so it is great for two families to share the condo or for a family who wants to spread out. The kitchen and bar had everything we needed to make us comfortable. We are already looking to lock in our reservation for next year at 11C! Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!

Due to a scheduling snafu, we lucked into this beautiful condo. Overlooking a beautiful marsh with wildlife with the beach just steps away was ideal.The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The pool was also quite large and inviting.I wish we had booked a longer reservation. We hope to return to 11-C in the future!

Great access to beach, pools- hot tub and a dock for fishing and crabbing. And sipping a beverage while watching the sunset from the porch- deck is heaven!! We plan to continue coming to this special place for many years to come!

We love this beautiful condo! Glad we got to stay when it was new to rental market and had availability. Great sunset views of the marsh and only steps to the beach. Condo had everything we needed for cooking. We travelled with 4 couples - everyone had their own room and bathroom! The layout over 2 floors offers privacy and quiet away from the main living room. We will definitely be back!

Having stayed at multiple units in inlet Point, this by far was the Best! The owners thoughts of everything- from top of the line kitchen ware to comfortable furnishings. Location is perfect- watch the sunset from the deck or a 3 min walk to the overpass to watch the sunrise. Will be booking for 2 weeks again for next summer!

Have had the great fortune to have visited 11-B Inlet point twice, and each time, I didn’t want to leave! The location on the marsh, 50 steps from a pool and hot tub, 1000 yards from a large pool, and 2 min walk to the beach was ideal. The floor plan with 2 br on lower level, each with en suite bath, and laundry, and 2 br on upper level, master with en suite and 2nd br with bath steps away, was perfect for a family or 2 or 3 couples. The open floor plan was relaxed and beautifully furnished with a breath taking view of the marsh and its sunsets. Steps to a crab dock, beautiful walk to the Pawley’s end of the beach, quick walk to Litchfield Inn for drinks on the beach. So much to do and see, but even when we simply stayed put, the space was perfectly outfitted and remarkable comfortable. Will be back regularly!

This condo is new to the rental market. Wow! It is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. The 2 BR/BA up and 2 BR/BA down provides a lot of privacy and works well for families and/or couples traveling together. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. The beds are really comfortable too! Do not let the outside pictures of the garage deter you from this one -but note that you have 2 covered parking spots as well. Highly recommend!!

What a great spot. Grab this while it is new to the market and weeks are still available. We have been coming to Inlet point for years, and this building on the marsh is our favorite spot. This is new to the rental market in 2025 - but I had the pleasure of staying last summer before it was opened to public rentals. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and you can still enjoy beautiful sunset views over the marsh. Beds are so comfortable (lots of new mattresses). The condo is well appointed with all that you need for a wonderful vacation. The 2 bedroom up and 2 bedroom down floor plan offers lots of privacy as compared to typical condos - perfect for family time. You wont' regret renting this one and will want to come back ASAP!
