This tastefully decorated, first floor condo is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of golf, beach, touring, shopping, fishing or kayaking. The property is a spacious two bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo situated on the challenging Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. A pub and clubhouse are just a two minute walk away. The facility also includes tennis courts, full size driving range and putting green as well as the renowned Mel Sole Golf School.
The upscale unit sleeps 6 with bedrooms on either side of the living room for enhanced privacy. Ideal for families or two couples. The living room features a 50" TV over the fireplace. Dining room also has a 32" TV as well. One spacious bedroom has a King bed, walk in closet and large master bath with dual sinks, separate shower and whirlpool bath. Expansive sliding glass doors provide an abundance of natural light and access to the private deck and patio. The second master bedroom features two Queen beds with walk in closet and pretty beach themed bathroom with dual vanity, separate shower, whirlpool bath and hair dryer. This bedroom also has sliders to a private deck and patio area.

The comfortable living room is highlighted by a wall of windows and sliding glass doors, which open onto a screened porch furnished with great patio furniture. Perfect for dining, reading or watching the golfers hone their game. There also is a lovely formal dining room with seating for six. The unit features flat screen TVs, upgraded cable with DVR and premium channels, wireless internet, ceiling fans as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen is well appointed with a breakfast bar, new electric stove, microwave, new dishwasher, new coffee maker, dishes, cutlery and cookware.
Located within the gated Pawleys Plantation community, guests can enjoy access to the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course. You are just minutes from pristine beaches, Brookgreen Gardens, charming local shops, and great restaurants. Myrtle Beach Airport is only about 30 minutes away, making arrivals and departures a breeze. Included in your rental is a state park pass for Huntington Beach State Park, giving you easy access to one of the area’s most scenic beaches and nature preserves your ideal getaway on the South Carolina coast.

We were originally scheduled to stay in a larger unit elsewhere, but due to unforseen circumstances we ended up at this location. We were pleased that our rental company (TideLife) was able to secure us an alternate place to stay, however the cost was still the same even though this unit had 2 fewer bedrooms than the one we were initially booked for. Our understanding is that the owner of the unit and not the rental company sets the price. This unit did serve its purpose for us, but was not at all updated. Kitchen and bathrooms are all original and appliances are also very dated. There is carpeting (stained in places) that could be replaced with hard flooring as well.The couch is also very stained. This unit is on the first floor and we could hear the neighbors moving about and vacuuming,etc above us. Every other stay we have been in 2nd floor units so hearing activity overhead was not an issue previously, and not a deal breaker here either. The beds were comfortable and as always with any TideLife managed property that we have stayed in the unit was spotless upon our arrival. The grounds of Pawleys Plantation are also very serene and provide a nice sense of security in this gated community. All of that being said, our chief complaint was the pricing issue, again,the price seemed a bit high when compared to the larger more updated unit where we were originally booked.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was outstanding! Everything about this unit, 179-1, is done very tastefully. This is a beautiful condominium. The place was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of glassware, silverware, and everything else you might need if you wanted to cook. The parking area is very shaded so your car never gets hot inside. The gardening was lovely. We will definitely come back to this place and rent again in the future. The staff at Tidewater was very friendly as well. Excellent place! You won’t be disappointed at all.

We absolutely enjoyed our experience at this property and would definitely stay there again. It felt like home and was much more relaxing than staying at a hotel. The size of the unit was great, lots of room to spread out. We took advantage of the screen porch and the patio to enjoy the view of the golf course. The staff at check in was quick and courteous and extremely friendly. We had an early flight out so it was convenient to leave our keys in their box. A great experience for our first trip to the area and we will definitely return!

Very enjoyable two-week stay for four adults. Friendly, efficient and quick check-in experience at the office. Unit was clean and comfortable, with very friendly neighbors. We really enjoyed the Pauley’s Plantation setting, and the location was convenient to our many local destinations. A non-working dishwasher was fixed the same day we reported it. We called the office for help with the confusing cable/streaming TV setup, and had a fully functioning TV in about ten minutes. Overall, a very positive experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Kudos to TideLife!
