11th Annual Santa Crawl on the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk

The Santa Crawlis where coastal holiday spirit meets Lowcountry nightlife. Every December, the MarshWalk transforms into a sea of Santas, elves, and reindeer as locals and visitors alike don their most festive attire for a night of holiday cheer.

Participating waterfront restaurants and bars along the MarshWalk offer themed drink specials, live music, and costume contests, with prizes for the best-dressed Santa, Mrs. Claus, or creative Christmas character. It’s a lively, laughter-filled evening that captures the playful side of the season.

From late November through December, the MarshWalk Wonderland of Lights transforms this iconic boardwalk into a glowing coastal Christmas scene. Nothing says “coastal Christmas” like the Murrells Inlet Christmas Parade. Every year, family, friends, locals and visitors gather for this wonderful event. The dates for 2025 will be Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Santa and Mrs Claus will make an appearance!
