Beaches & Greens located in Litchfield Beach offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, spread dining, and a comfortable living area. This condo is modernly decorated and boasts a large porch with plenty of seating for the whole family. Both bedrooms feature two queen beds with private bathrooms. The second bedroom features its own microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, and AC unit. Additional amenities include wifi/cable, flat screen TVs in the living room as well as both bedrooms, DVD player, dishwasher, full size refrigerator with ice maker, toaster oven, keurig coffee pot, washer/dryer, covered parking, on-site elevator, additional storage for the condo and a whole lot of relaxation! A short walk to multiple beach access points inside the Litchfield Beach Community.
**Please note the amenities provided for this condo do not include Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort's game room or indoor pool. Pool and lazy river access is available in the building to the right of Seaside Inn at the SummerHouse complex.**
However, the Pool, Jacuzzi and Lazy River access is available in the building to the right of Seaside Inn at the SummerHouse complex. Additionally, you will have access to the Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort's Private Beach Club, beach access and tennis and pickleball courts.
Golf Courses: There are multiple Top-Rated Golf Courses in the Pawleys area, that include: Calendonia, Traditions, True Blue, Pawleys Plantation and TPC at Myrtle Beach to name a few.

Overall the place was comfortable and clean. The back porch had seating for all 6 of us and provided a view of the pond and surrounding trees. Enjoyed watching a small alligator sunning by the pond (from our 3rd floor vantage). The kitchen was adequately supplied and I appreciated the washer and dryer. The living room seating allowed 5 sitting snuggly, so 1-2 of us sat at or near the table during movie/gaming time.
It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach so we mostly drove to the Beach club and accessed the beach there, which also had seats on the deck where we could watch the waves. It took about 3 minutes to walk to the pool which had adequate sitting and some shade (during 3rd week of May). We enjoyed both the pool side hot tub and the indoor hot tub near the office, when the weather was cool. Overall I would stay there again.

It was a new and close to the beach. If you are looking for place that is more laid back and has less traffic than Myrtle Beach you have come to the right place. Be sure to check out The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk for their food offerings. It was a great place and we had a great stay. If you choose this rental unit, you won't be disappointed.

The property is clean, beds are all comfortable and they provided so many towels that I didn’t have to wash any during my stay . Unit was Very comfortable and clean. There were hairdryers which originally didn’t think they would have. They had luggage racks in the rooms. We enjoyed watching the turtles in the water from the balcony. Parking was easy and labeled . The property has luggage carts by the elevator which is a nice plus for moving in to third floor unit. Only complaint was the knives and pots/pans were basic/cheap. The chef knife handle broke on first use and I called the office to inform and the guy says he would bring another but never did while we were there. We had to make it work with other knives but it was an inconvenience. A minor note is that I never received the ‘gift’ for submitting the key word hidden in the contract. I didn’t mention it at check in because I was in rush but I didn’t think I had to. They should have had it with my key/envelope. Still wondering what the ‘gift’ would have been. Access to beach was easy enough and area feels safe.

My husband is very particular about our accommodations and he was very happy with this unit. It was very clean and modern. The furniture was very nice and all the appliances worked well. The balcony also had nice furniture and was clean and quiet. We love The Litchfield Resort. We enjoy the pools, the beaches, Starbucks, and walking trails. We will definitely be back. This is one of the nicest units we have stayed in over the last several years. It is very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, and well-maintained.

We love staying at the Litchfield Resort. This is by far the nicest unit we have stayed in at the resort. My husband is very particular about cleanliness, and this unit was exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The TVs worked great and the patio furniture was nice as well. We enjoyed staying on the top floor. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, walking trails, Starbucks and all the other amenities. A few girlfriends and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway, and we couldn't have be more pleased! The rental company was very friendly and helpful on both occasions when I reached out about minor questions. Everything about the space is well thought out. The decor is beautiful, and we loved that there are two full length mirrors in each room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is very relaxing and quiet. My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough. I highly recommend to others and look forward to the possibility of staying there again!

Everything about this rental unit was great. The updates were tasteful, the unit was very clean (extremely important to us!). Being on the top floor, it was very quiet - could not hear any noise from neighbors. Beds and all furniture were comfortable. Condo is in a great location on the resort, nice walking distance to the pools and then beach.
Would definitely recommend this as a rental!

Went golfing , ate at local restaurants and returned in the evening to chill on the fabulous deck overlooking the pond.Highly recommend for a group or families to get away for awhile.Looking forward to our next trip down there. Unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Close to pool. Enjoyed watching the turtles and alligators. Only downfall, had money stolen from the vehicle. It would be nice if the building had cameras. Other than that, excellent place to stay.
