Log Inn is located on the south end Pawleys Island, SC and has been in the same family for 74 years. The saltwater creek is its backyard! Boasting 5 bedrooms total - 2 downstairs and 3 upstairs, with a den and full size bathroom on each floor. New ceiling fans installed in all the bedrooms upstairs and bedroom downstairs along with new sliding glass doors from the main den to the large porch. New living room couches in the main den along with brand new 50" flat screen TV.
Additional amenities include a long screened porch and a brick BBQ grill in the front yard, along with an enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water, full size washer(new)/dryer, new improved high speed internet/wifi and cable, a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table, microwave, coffee pot, stove, refrigerator, dining area and so much more! The home also features a beaded path that leads to the creek with a dock for amazing Pawleys Island sunset views. The beach is approx. 1.5 blocks away. This home is rustic, comfortable and offers plenty of privacy for your beach vacation!

We had a wonderful two weeks at log Inn. I would say it was an excellent location we all love being on the creek! It is a just a very short walk to the beach. This was a very interesting home with a lot of history which I really enjoyed learning about during our stay. I believe there could be some more purging of some of the items and some update with kitchen utensils. It would have been helpful to have a second refrigerator would be good, it’s a large house with lots of people that requires lots of food and drinks. Our family was very happy at log inn we love the rustic feel of the house certainly portrays old Pawleys Island! The staff at Tidelife was more than helpful! as always we enjoyed working with them.

This house is well loved. When we first arrived it seemed shabby and a bit musty. Definitely out dated. Nothing like a fresh,new,modern beach house BUT...the longer we were there the more we loved it. We loved the eclectic collection of art and books, windows and furniture. This house has obviously been loved and inhabited by people who loved each other. That was obvious everywhere. I loved being out on the marsh on a dead end cove. It felt like we had the island to ourselves (even though it was the Fourth of July week.) This is a special place.

The Log Inn is a very special property with a lot of character. Our group loved the unique features of the property. If modern or sleek is what you are looking for, the Log Inn may not be the right property. But if you're looking for a unique experience in a house that's clearly been well loved for decades, stay here! It's a quick walk to the beach. Our group loved being on the marsh - beautiful sunsets!
