About
Overlooking Osprey Lake, just a short distance to the beach, each villa is equipped with central heat and air, a fully equipped kitchen including coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, and blender, living and dining area, and washer/dryer. This villa provide access to the Lakeside community pool, lighted tennis and pickleball courts, bike and jogging trails. Bedroom accommodations are king in the master with private bath, and two queens in the second bedroom with a hall bath.
No smoking and no pets.
Nightly rentals available year round.
No Charcoal Grills are permitted inside Lakeside Villas Community.
Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
Motorcycles, jet skis, RVs, campers, trailers, and trailered boats are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea.

Very good experience overall. Easy to find and suited our needs perfect. Property management company was excellent! Small issues with the property itself from the TV's having been disconnected and I had to connect cable and plug them in but not a major problem.

This Villa is amazing. Located in a quiet gated community, you will feel like you are at home. Only a 11 minute walk to the beach where you will find the beach club. If you don’t like the sand you can sit on the patio overlooking the ocean where you will find chairs , rocking chairs and chaise loungers.
TideLife Vacation rentals are so accommodating. All the staff are super friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. If you want a great experience call Suzanne at TideLife Vacation Rentals.

It was a great experience. The only disadvantage that we experienced was that we didn't realize that there was no access to the pools on the property other than the Golf Villa pool.
The place was perfect for our family. Loved that it had a screen porch. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Would differently recommend and would rent again.
