This two bedroom condo is conveniently located right across the street from a beach access. The fully equipped kitchen and living area are both located on the main floor. Balcony access from the living area. The second floor features a master king bedroom with bathroom. Second bedroom features two twins. Throughout the unit are 3 Cable TV's, Dishwasher, Microwave, Central AC/Heat, Ceiling Fans, Wireless Internet, and 2 Covered Parking Spots. Each floor at Litchfield Retreat has two laundry rooms with trash shoots. Litchfield Retreat offers a great second row location, a swimming pool, elevators, picnic/grill area and beach showers for rinsing off after a day on the beach.

No Smoking and no pets
Weekly rentals only during the summer months
Nightly rentals available during the shoulder season

This was a very spacious rental. It was decorated in a lovely beach Decour, and was very clean. I like that the bedrooms were downstairs, so the ones that slept in were not disturbed by the early birds in the kitchen upstairs. This is a great rental!

We were shocked by how big the condo was and that it was 2 floors. It was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything was in working order. The decor was dated and we didn't care for all the carpeting, but that didn't really effect the comfort of our stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and it was truly across the street from the beach!

Went here with my family for an early beach trip. The unit was very clean and well-appointed. Wish it didn't face the road from the master bedroom but the location was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Accommodations were excellent. Clean, convenient. The only negative thing is that the twin mattresses need, badly, to be replaced. Would rent again.

We had a good time at this condo. Everything was clean but a bit dated. The carpets could use some professional deep cleaning. It was close to the beach. We were a little dismayed by the rental company because the condo management required a bracelet to use the pool but the condo rental company did not provide us with one, despite saying they would bring it to us. I guess they were busy and we were small potatoes. So if you stay here, make sure you get an orange bracelet!

Our long weekend rental was wonderful from the beginning. Easy checkin and check out process. It was so nice to have all the linens and towels. We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We definitely would come back again.

Wonderful week in the sun. THe only thing that kept if from being perfect was the pool was not accessible due to COVID-19 but it was open (beautiful) and inviting but we were not allowed to get in.

Overall good experience, we made the reservation late so that could account for the mix up in having the unit ready but Tide Life made it right.
The property could use a freshening up maybe paint replace some moldings. But overall clean and comfortable

The folks at Tidewater were very accommodating, however I would say that we were very disappointed in the condition of the rental unit. The owner MUST update the unit. Due to the age, it feels very dirty. I would not stay in this unit again due to this issue.

Unit was clean and it was nice to have living and sleeping areas on different floors. The stairs were located right by the front door entrance so I was concerned a misstep could sent someone down the stairs. As a mom, I blocked this with my body to ensure safe entry/exit from the unit. Short walk to the beach was wonderful, able to go back and forth multiple times a day. Watched the stars at night on the boardwalk and watched the dolphins in the morning for sunrise. Lots of dogs on the beach gave the environment a friendly feel. The grandparents spoke with other retirees on the best times of year to come down and extend rental time. Love the Litchfield area!
